James you stupid now's not the time to go swimming!
Dunno why but I really like how he came out in panel 2. I hope it's clear he's not hitting Kyogre, but shielding his head/face from colliding with it. Because who said he was falling directly into it's gaping mouth and not, let's say, right next to it hohoho.
And please don't make fun of the pose, I know it's silly, but it works best. xD;
Also much fun was had with making the SPLASH panel. I thought it's going to take up the most time, but it was rather quick and enjoyable! o:
