Ihaboth

I randomly decided to check out information about Angelic Choirs and started reading about Cherubim. They're some kind of freak hybrid of a man, ox, lion and eagle. "Wow, that really sucks, they must be helluva' ugly" I thought. Then I pondered "Oh-Em-Gee it wold be pretty damn cool if they could switch between those forms, like some angelic shape-shifters."
So I decided to draw a Cherubim in Lion form.
And since info about Cherubim (who have 4 wings) and Seraphim (who have 6) was, like, RIGHT NEXT TO EACH OTHER I kind of mixed up their wing count, so the Cherubim Lion now has six wings instead of four for his mane. OH WELL.

Ver tries to draw an animal. I should have used some reference, because I don't know shit about big cat anatomy and how a lion should really look like. But I was all out of internet when I was drawing this. Guh.

Also, the girl was included in the very last minutes of the sketch for no apparent reason except for the fact that a tiny girl riding a giant angelic lion is pretty damn cool/adorable.

Oh, I also called the lion Ihaboth. The girl remains unnamed.
